Facilities Support Associate

The Tennessee College of Applied Technology McKenzie is accepting applications for a Facilities Support Associate position. This is a full-time position with paid holidays, insurance and retirement.


Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical diploma in related field preferred
Three years of experience in building and/or mechanical systems maintenance
Knowledge of methods and procedures allowing for safe and proper maintenance duties
Knowledge of the material and equipment used in custodial and general maintenance tasks
Demonstrate ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
Possess a valid Tennessee Driver’s license

Responsibilities and Duties Include:

Maintain the college building with general maintenance and custodial tasks
Responsible for operation of lawn equipment in the maintenance of the campus grounds
Responsible for monthly ordering of custodial supplies and equipment
Other Duties as assigned by campus administration
